Belle Plaine is made up of great people, and our city does not exist without the involvement and support of our community members. Across towns all over the country, there is a simple rule of thumb for creating strong, lasting communities: you can donate your time or you can donate your resources. Both are meaningful ways to help your hometown continue to grow and remain a place you are proud to call home. At the Belle Plaine Community Development Corporation (BPCDC), we encourage all residents to stay connected, get involved, and give back, because the future of Belle Plaine is truly what we make of it together.

Events

At BPCDC, we believe strong communities are built through connection, celebration, and shared purpose. Throughout the year, we host a variety of community-focused events designed to engage residents, support local businesses, and welcome new interest into Belle Plaine. From our Annual Board Meeting and Investment Drive to our signature July celebrations—including the beloved July 3rd Car Show and Fourth of July activities—we are proud to create experiences that bring people together.
